Your use of any third-party application is also subject to that application's own terms and privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, thePulse Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of PulsePass or related services.
